Was hat die Bundesregierung seit dem Auslaufen der Walfangflotte Japans am 18. November 2007 unternommen, um die japanische Regierung von ihrem Vorhaben abzubringen, bis zu 935 Zwergwale, 50 Finnwale und 50 Buckelwale in dieser Saison unter dem Deckmantel des „wissenschaftlichen Walfanges“ zu töten?
